BR23 Token Utility

Purposes of BR23 Token

1. BR23 can be used to activate the seller | buyer account.

2. It can be staked as neurons (very similar to ICP neurons) allowing token holders to participate in the governance of Bridge23 by voting on SNS proposals, and by doing so, earn voting rewards. These rewards increase the longer the tokens are staked and so token holders are incentivized to act in the long-term interests of Bridge23.

3. It can be used by Bridge23 users to pay for premium features.

Activation of Seller and Buyer Accounts

• Seller Accounts: Users who wish to become sellers on the Bridge23 marketplace must first fill out their data miner profile and collect sufficient data. To activate their seller account, they are required to stake a minimum of 5 BR23 tokens. This staking mechanism ensures that only serious and committed users can sell their data.

• Buyer Accounts: Business-to-business (B2B) users looking to buy data must stake a minimum of 25 BR23 tokens to activate their buyer account. This stake acts as a commitment to engage in the marketplace responsibly and provides a layer of security and trust within the platform.

Current Stake Rates for Account Activation:

• User Stake: To activate an account as a seller, individual users must stake 5 BR23 tokens.

• Business Stake: B2B users must stake 25 BR23 tokens to activate an account as a buyer.

Premium Features and Services

Payment for Premium Features: Bridge23 users can utilize BR23 tokens to access premium features within the platform. These features could include advanced data analytics, enhanced profile visibility, or exclusive marketplace tools that provide additional value to both buyers and sellers.

There are already some premium features that Bridge23 offers which for the time being can be obtained either by paying with ICP or verifying a phone number.

Data Miners

A key feature we are planning to build soon is called “Data Miners”. These will be like Amazon, Shopify, etc marketplace where users can improve their data profile and put offers for sale to merchants.

Total numbers that provide access to be a Data seller and place Neuron which gives access to create a customer group for the place. All neurons provide voting power by place or global. Power Depend from last uploaded receipt and Neuron start dissolving after 1-week activity less.

Neuron Types:

Seller Neuron

• Access to be a data seller.

• Requires 500 items globally.

Place Neuron

• Access to create customer groups for a specific location.

• Requires 56 items per place.
