Initial SNS Configuration

The SNS will initially be configured with the values shown in the tables below which can all subsequently be changed by proposal:

Token Price Range

The reason to impose a min-max sale target is to give participants a range on the number of BR23 tokens they will receive for their ICP investment. The lower bound of 600k ICP and the upper bound of 960k ICP are set, for a total sale of 25% of the max tokens supply.

The value (in ICP) of BR23 tokens upon launch is based upon how many ICP tokens are raised in the decentralization sale. The more ICP tokens that are exchanged for 25M BR23 tokens, the higher the value of a single BR23 token. This is because the price of 1 BR23 token equals the amount of ICP earned (between 600,000 and 960,000) divided by the number of BR23 tokens sold (25M).

1 BR23 token would initially be worth between 0.024 and 0.0384 ICP. At current ICP price (1st Aug '24) of 1 ICP = $ 8.8, it can be converted to a price range of $0.21 and $0.34, as shown in the following chart:
